For the true cheese aficionado, this premium collection is designed to showcase our springtime faves. We’re so excited to share these cheeses, but then again the Alle-Pia salami, artisan wildflower honey, and edible plate pairings bring it all home.

*To protect the quality of our products, we only ship (via UPS) Monday through Wednesday with 1-2 days of transit time, depending on the shipping method you select.


Big Sur (4 ounces)
Cambria, California
Named after the iconic coastline where it’s made, Big Sur is an ash coated triple crème made with a mix of cow and goat’s milk which offers a perfect balance of flavors. This bloomy rind offers the brightness of goat’s milk, without being overwhelming.

McKinley Cheddar (5 ounces)
Sebastopol, California
The flagship cheddar of WM Cofield, a Sonoma Coast-based creamery built by two lifelong friends and dedicated to ‘proper British cheeses’, this robust, old-world style cheddar displays surprisingly present notes of tropical fruits, citrus, and fresh-cut grass. With a tempered acidity and light histamine tingle, this well-aged, semi-firm cheese is sure to be a hit on any board.

Chevre (8 ounces)
Willows, California
A classic chevre with light acidity, citrus notes and a clean finish. This pasteurized, fresh cheese is made from milk sourced from local goat farms in Sacramento Valley.

Lionza (5 ounces)
Modesto, California
Fiscalini’s handcrafted Swiss Alpine cheese is made from raw cow’s milk that is just hours old when the cheesemaking process begins. Six months of aging creates complex flavors and aromas ranging from nutty and fruity to tangy and herbal.

California Wildflower Honey (4 ounces)
Chico, California
Fruit and floral overtones mingle with notes of fresh grass and sun-dried hay in this complex, yet oh so smooth and mellow golden honey.

Finocchiona Salami (7 ounces)
Atascadero, California
Artisanal, dry cured salami made to capture the tastes of the Old World. Made by hand on California's Central Coast, each batch of Finocchiona Salami includes Italian Chianti wine, crushed fennel seed, black pepper, and love.
