Formagella RW (9 ounces)
Nicasio, California
Nicasio Valley Cheese's 2022 ACS Gold Medal Award winning Formagella is a Camembert inspired cow's milk cheese with a white, velvety rind. Inside you'll find an ivory, pale yellow paste with an oozing creamline along the rind. The paste will showcase a butter forward flavor with nuances of milk, mushroom, and a minerality from the rind.

TomaRashi (6 ounces)
Point Reyes, California
From the rolling hills of Point Reyes, California, TomaRashi is an ACS '22 Gold Medal Award winner. The buttery, grassy notes of Toma meet the iconic Japanese spice blend of Shichimi Togarashi; containng nori, toasted sesame, poppy seeds, hemp seeds, chili flakes, and ginge.

Ewereka (6 ounces)
Paso Robles, California
This sheep's milk cheddar style cheese from Central Coast Creamery is another Gold Medal Award winner at ACS '22. Starting smooth and evolving to a noteable "crunch" from our favorite crystalline structure, Tyrosine. A sweet start, and a lingering umami finish makes this cheese too easy to eat.

Strawberry Champagne Jam (6.5 ounces)
Pacifica, California
The all natural recipe for this small-batch, home-style and hand-made fruit preserve uses only fresh-picked strawberries, extra dry champagne, pure cane sugar, citrus pectin for gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice adding a little zing to this decadent flavor combination.

Organic Wheat Crackers (4.5 ounces)
Arcata, California
Stone ground, hand cracked, and sprinkled with French grey sea salt, these crackers (also known as: edible plates) are made with the cleanest Organic plant-based materials available. Using freshly milled wheat, ground sesame, sunflower, and flax, you can feel good about downing the entire pouch.
