An award-winning, aged classic that has been made by hand for over 100-years. This dry Monterey Jack cheese is produced with grass-fed pasteurized cow’s milk and is hand-rolled and flavored with black peppercorns before aging for 6-9 months in the Rumiano family’s 100-year-old cellar.

Handmade on the rural coast of Sonoma County from 100% raw Jersey cow’s milk in the style of an Asiago, Estero Gold has grassy, fruity overtones with a subtle, creamy and buttery taste.
