RUMIANO CHEESE COMPANY

An award-winning, aged classic that has been made by hand for over 100-years. This dry Monterey Jack cheese is produced with grass-fed pasteurized cow’s milk and is hand-rolled and flavored with black peppercorns before aging for 6-9 months in the Rumiano family’s 100-year-old cellar.

Handmade on the rural coast of Sonoma County from 100% raw Jersey cow’s milk in the style of an Asiago, Estero Gold has grassy, fruity overtones with a subtle, creamy and buttery taste.

Moonstone is a pasteurized, natural rind, hard cow’s milk cheese. Made from a 50/50 blend of Jersey and Holstein milk from a local dairy, it has a rich, buttery and creamy flavor with a bit of zip at the end.

Aged four to six months, Mezzo Secco is made from pasteurized cow’s milk. It has a smooth, semi-hard texture and a sweet, milky and slightly spicy flavor.
