A unique take on traditional Fontina. This hand-crafted, old style Italian cheese is made from 100% Jersey cows from the rural coast of Sonoma. Aged for 80 days, the semi-firm, buttery-colored cheese has a silky and creamy texture and is mildly fruity, with a nutty flavor and aroma.

San Geronimo Whole Wheel (8 ounces)
Nicasio, California
Nicasio Valley Cheese’s San Geronimo hosts a strong aroma with a mellow, custardy flavor. Designed as a cross between traditional Fontina and Raclette this “stinker” stands up to any European alpine style washed rinds.

Arcata, California
Stone ground, hand cracked, and sprinkled with French grey sea salt, these crackers (also known as: edible plates) are made with the cleanest Organic plant-based materials available. Using freshly milled wheat, ground sesame, sunflower, and flax, you can feel good about downing the entire pouch.

Brown Butter Chocolate Bar
(2 ounces)
Eureka, California
Dick Taylor’s deeply rich chocolate bar is made with cacao from Madagascar and Brazil, and a generous amount of browned butter from Rumiano Cheese Company. Then, they add crunchy roasted cacao nibs with delicate sea salt to their strikingly molded bar for a complementary finish and a dazzling accompaniment.

Pink Guava Jam
(3.5 ounces)
Pacifica, California
Small Batch Jam Co.’s Pink Guava Jam is a reflection of co-founder Pablo’s Cuban heritage; growing up in a home where fresh guava and cheese were a desert held in high regard. Expect bright, juicy notes of tropical fruit tempered by citric acid and sugar with this fan favorite.
